1. Benchmark results and/or scores were different a few days/weeks/months ago. Why?

   - We use the median and average values of the results. As we receive more samples, the median (or average) may change, and therefore, the results are updated. This is especially noticeable for new and popular devices.

2. Why has the score of my device on NanoReview decreased over time?

   - Our scoring system from 0 to 100 is relative. Over time, new smartphones and laptops appear, setting new standards of performance and functionality. As your device ages, its relative score may decrease compared to newer and more advanced models.

3. I can’t find the device I want to compare. Can you add it?

   - Unfortunately, we cannot add every single device, only those for which we (or our partners) have enough data to provide ratings.
   You can suggest a device through the feedback form, and we’ll consider your request. We mainly try to add devices that are popular enough.

4. You are biased towards brand "X" (Apple, Samsung, Intel, AMD, etc.)!

   - We often receive such comments, usually from users loyal to a particular brand. Our methodology does not consider the brand when calculating scores. We have no preferences or partnerships with specific manufacturers.

5. Are you planning to add other types of gadgets?

   - Currently, we have no plans to expand the types of devices, but this may change in the future.

6. Do poll votes or comments influence the score?

   - No, they reflect the subjective opinion of users and are not considered in score calculations. However, test results that you send us are considered (after moderation).

7. Why are the battery test results from GSMArena different from those on NanoReview?

   - We use a different testing methodology, so the results are not directly comparable.
