Error: Apple M-series processors show as x86 on homepage, but they are ARM. This should be fixed.

Cinebench R23 results are inaccurate due to translation layers. Cinebench 2024 shows full CPU potential: about 33k multicore and 2.9k single-core, much higher than any x86 CPU.
