Can someone with the 3060 model confirm if it charges via USB-C? I heard it supports up to 100W charging, which is fine for travel. Need to be sure before buying.

I'm late but the USB-C ports here are only for connecting monitors, not for charging.

No laptop can deliver 100W over USB—that's too much power. The 90Wh battery can't charge fully in under an hour at 100W. The charger wattage you saw is for the power brick, which charges the battery about 50% in 30 minutes. For fast charging on the go, use a certified high-wattage power bank.
