I stretched my budget to get Dell instead of HP/Lenovo. Couldn’t afford XPS, so went with Inspiron 16 Plus 7610. First unit had shutdowns, bad touchpad, and broken fan. Got a replacement — it still has touchpad issues like lag, random clicks, poor tracking. If not fixed soon, I’ll return it for good.

Had lots of problems with this laptop. It shut down randomly and the trackpad kept failing. Got a replacement, which stopped working completely after a few hours. Ended up getting a refund. Great features, but if basics fail, it's not worth it.

Avoid this laptop. Touchpad is a known issue — works for a bit then becomes unresponsive or glitchy. Many users are reporting this. Unless you always use a mouse, don’t buy this. Dell should recall or fix the units.

Avoid this laptop. Touchpad issues, overheating, and Dell support stopped helping—they said no replacement due to stock.

Touchpad works poorly and keyboard misses keys randomly. Paid $1,400 for what feels like a paperweight. Avoid it.

Ignore the fake reviews — this laptop works great. No problems with keyboard, trackpad, or overheating. Runs heavy games like MSFS 2020 and big spreadsheets smoothly. Great for gaming and regular use. Also looks stylish.

Nope, they all fail eventually and Dell won’t help.

Annoyed Owner, Bought at release, the touchpad is mostly OK. Some Reddit users said support is poor unless you buy premium plus version, so I did. I had to return once due to a corner curl, not unresponsiveness. Screen cover tore, and they sent a technician to fix it at my home. It's expensive support but prompt. This laptop replaced my basic work PC.

Bought this in January 2020, after a bad experience with a previous model in 2021. This one has touchpad issues after less than a month. Dell support was very difficult and slow. Might get a replacement soon but unsure if problems will persist. Hope everyone has a good day.

Terrible laptop, DO NOT BUY. Ongoing touchpad problems. Dell denies issues, replaces with faulty parts, or suggests bad solder repairs. Their support wastes your time and deletes forum posts. You can ask for a refund even after warranty citing consumer law.
