I have the Galaxy A13 4G. It’s buggy and slow. Won't charge with my car charger, but works with others. Taking photos or videos in landscape makes the screen go black, though the image turns out fine. I already returned one phone and the replacement has the same problems. Not good, Samsung.

I've had a Samsung Galaxy A13 5G for 3 years. It’s a bad phone, but I keep it because I can’t afford a new one.

I have this phone too. It’s terrible — worst I accidentally bought and expensive.

This phone is disappointing. It’s only 32-bit! No proximity sensor! Auto-brightness and call functions use front camera and are buggy. Display strains eyes with weird colors. UI and multitasking lag a lot. Samsung sound system gives me headaches, had to remove it. Audio latency is very high (80+ ms), worse than other phones in price range. Overall, it’s worse than low-end phones, even cheap local ones with Sony cameras are better.

CPU supports 64-bit, but Samsung limits it to 32-bit. I don't understand why. They're losing customers.

I’ve used the Samsung A13 for a while and it’s bad. Gaming performance is poor: Geometry Dash runs at 30 fps with lag, COD Mobile is 30 fps on low settings, and Roblox is mostly unplayable. Apps load very slowly, sometimes even stutter. I had a Xiaomi Redmi 10C before with 5GB RAM and Snapdragon 680, and it runs much better with smoother gameplay and faster app loading. I don’t recommend buying this phone. Instead, do your research and pick a phone that fits your needs. Samsung budget phones often underperform. I’m buying a Tab A9+ soon; it costs about $230 and has a good processor, decent screen and camera, and 90Hz refresh rate. Worth the extra money over the regular A model.
